The contactor programme CI 9 EI - 30 EI is based on two frame sizes. The small frame size consists of the CI 9 EI - 15 EI (4-7.5 kW), and the CI 25 EI - 30 EI range (11-15 kW) uses the large frame size. Both are equipped with three NO main contacts. Applications include all kinds of 24 V dc output PLC controlled systems. A long electrical lifetime makes the CI 9 EI - 30 EI contactors suitable for operation of all kinds of electrical loads in modern industry. Combined with a thermal overload relay or an electronic motor protection relay, the contactor switches and protects induction motors against overload and asymmetric load. A wide range of clip-on aux. contacts, timers, surge suppressors, mechanical interlock and marking plates makes the CI 9 EI 30 EI programme very flexible and suitable both for OEMs and panel builders.
