Instantaneous water heater with an insulated plate heat exchanger for use in large apartment houses or a small firm/sporting association. Especially suitable for large apartment houses comprising between 5-25 apartments or a small firm/sporting association comprising bathing facilities for 3-10 persons. The substation is available in two basic variants, - one variant with self-acting thermostat(s) for control of the domestic hot water circuit and one variant with Danfoss ECL 110 for control of the domestic hot water circuit.
